Conservatives think of themselves as being on the right and the same is said of Christians. The characterization is not altogether accurate. We have wolves in sheep’s clothing among us. Not everyone in a church is saved and not all conservatives are on the right. The key to understanding the division between right and left is to understand the struggle between the will of the people and what is legal.
Every time a politician authorizes a claim on the world’s natural resources whether to a forest, tract of land, or other natural resource, the will of the people is subverted. We all know there is a distinction between what is just and right and what is legal. Partnerships between private and public agents are legal but not just. Justice must reflect the will of the people for there is no other foundation.
For eons liberals have pushed this narrative, of shared authority being commensurate with justice as if the agreement of criminals gives their fraudulent claim greater merit. The only evidence liberals have as to the validity of these private/public partnerships is the states ability to enforce the partnership even against the opposition of the people.

Private ownership is an unequal partnership between private and public agents that divide we the people and centralizes power in the state. These partnerships divide the people. When the will of the people is thwarted the people become subjects of the state?
The state claims it gets its authority from the will of the people. Subjects are a legal fiction created by the state. To form a subject legal identities, replace natural identities. Voting in state elections confirms your acquiescence to your public identity. The public identity has a circumspect will. The legal person is not heir to the rights of the natural person. Legal persons cannot express the will of the people for they have lost this natural right.
The right to vote is a legal right possessed by a legal person. Natural persons have a right to what they create. This right cannot be exercised by legal person because their personhood is owned by the legitimizing authority, the state.
No one created the natural world but God and no one has a right to claim the natural world but God and no one has a right to assign ownership of the natural world to any person or agency, but God. Any claim made on the natural world by the state or its agents is an act of overt aggression against God. This includes the states claim of jurisdictional authority over the natural person. This is why the state creates the fiction of a legal identity which it has authority over.
Anyone who defends public ownership usurps the jurisdictional authority of God over His Creation. The will of the people channeled through the state is a fiction designed to strip the natural person of his rights. Our will extends to the things of our creation. Man’s will does not extend to and certainly does not encompass, the natural world. The state creates nothing and has no rights over any part of creation.
The church is the natural defender of mankind’s rights and of what belongs to God. Conservatives are the conservers of the will of man. A steward is an advocate for the authority of God. Dominion is the authority stewards have over creation in the name of God. In taking up our cross we take up the role and responsibility assigned to us by God. The most sacred role and purpose of a Christian is the defense of human rights in the form of the free exercise of the will of the people.
The Golden Rule is a positive injunction. We are to do unto others as a form of pay it forward. All persons have a right to what we create but no right to what was created by others. No one has the right to what they did not pay for. No one has the right to expect others to pay costs created by them. We are all equal and accountable one to the other in the eyes of God. These are our human rights and how we express our will. We cannot vote away the rights of others nor vote rights to ourselves. The power of the people is equal. We all have a will and a right to express it.
The will of the people means ownership follows from authorship. If we deprive people of what they create they have the right to deprive us of what we create. If we are not building up the body based on The Golden Rule, we are not doing the work of Christ. If we do not defend the Truth of God that belongs to God as the Creator of Truth, we are not doing the work of God. If we are infringing upon the will of others our own will is corrupted.
Freeloading is the forcible removal of what belongs to one group or individual to benefit another individual or group. Freeloading creates no wealth and produces nothing of value. Taxation is the transfer of wealth from one sector to another to benefit one person more than another. Socialism is the forcible removal of what belongs to the creator of the wealth to gain the support of a third party. The devil is a socialist because he manipulates the market. The power of evil is in its willingness to overthrow the will of the people as expressed through the free market to ensure the support of a constituency.
Waste, war and crime, unemployment, homelessness, and public sector employment confound the rights of some to benefit others. Social costs are costs externalized onto society and future generations to benefit a constituency. Social justice always supports an agenda that create social costs.
All persons must be accountable for their own costs. When necessary, we need to do acts of charity as a personal response to a perceived need. Charity is not the responsibility of governments. Charity is not a duty. Those whom we help are not victims. Charity is about the preservation and expansion of equality. Charity builds up the body of Christ. When we are charitable, we respond as individuals to the needs of individuals by willingly supporting their equal rights. To be charitable is to destroy collectivism through a willingness to pay for the liberty of another.

Positivism is a philosophy of security and the epistemology of agency.
Social Positivism is a philosophy contrasting the will of the people (its agency) with the claims of the elite. Logical Positivism is an ethical philosophy in that it takes the position that the peoples will (the people’s agency) takes precedence over claims made by an elite. The people are above office, or the agency of the people constitute the highest of all offices under God. There is no reality in which the part ought to have agency over the whole.
Ownership is based on authorship. Authors have a right to what they create but no right to impose costs onto anyone else. We have a right to what we produce; we have no claim on the products and services produced by others. Agency is the absolute and unassailable foundation on which human rights are based. Unless we respect the rights of each other to what we author, we cannot entertain the idea of democracy. Social Positivism is a theory about the behaviour of people with rights to their creation.
Liberalization generates socialism and socialism is antithetical to democracy. Socialism is the foundation on which the liberal state is built. The state is a collective in which democracy has been sacrificed. The collective identity is the idol liberals serve. The collective is produced by partnerships, equity is traded for position. Liberalization is a process of stripping people of their agency rights using partnerships to create a collective. Socialism is a bastardized mirror image, of the House of God.
Unemployment, pollution, taxation, marginalization, debt and so on, are social costs created by the social justice activity of the state. Social costs are expenses imposed on society and future generations to benefit the collective. What needs to be appreciated is that social costs are only possible when the people’s rights are being rescinded. The payment of a social cost is made possible by the payees account literally being hacked. Payment of social costs require a liability account. Payments cannot be transferred from one account holder to another unless there is a corresponding liability account linked to the asset account from which the payment originated. Without a corresponding return this cannot be done legally.
Transfers of debt exist only when the victim account is not private. It is exposed to risk in the sense that unregulated access to the account has been established. This indicates a disintegration of order and the loss of agency security.
Accountability requires agency and agency security means costs are not externalized onto society and future generations. Not creating costs for others is the negative form of accountability. To eliminate social costs, we need to eliminate acts of omission as well as commission. Positive accountability means we pay those who ought to be paid. We do not pay those who have not provided assets of equal but opposite value.
Equal rights are not about equal opportunity nor equality of outcome. Equal rights mean first and foremost equal agency. Agency is equality. We have a right to what we create but no right to what others create. Equality is legal autonomy over what is owned by us. Equal rights is equality before the law. We are equally accountable for the costs we create. We have equal rights to own what we author. There are equal outcomes for equal inputs. Equality means if x follows y than if we do x we will encounter y. Equality under the law means only an act of agency can cause transfers of assets from one account to another.
If we are accountable for the costs we create, we cannot infringe upon the property rights of others. If we maintain full accountability, equal rights are fully protected. We are equal under the law in that the law ought not provide benefit to any group. There is only one equality and that is legal equality.
I have no right to impose my costs onto you and you have no right to expect me to pay costs you created. Pay all costs you create, is the Categorical Imperative of Positivism.
Liberal Democracy beguiles the voter into thinking they have authority over what belongs to others simply because they have the power of numbers. Democratic majorities cannot vote out truth, morality or logic. No one has the right to impose risks and costs onto others, not singularly and not corporately. No one has the authority to usurp individual rights in favor of any collective. Majorities cannot take away individual privacy. This is not democracy it is tyranny. Democracy is not the activity of partnerships or collusion. Democracy is a moral activity done by individuals who claim no authority over others.

Human rights come down to individual rights and the remediation of collectivism. Human rights are nothing more than a remedy for and a protection against, the cultists of liberalism.

We are not told to be charitable out of duty, as a sacrifice, but as an honor. Its not a punishment to help the needy but an honor to end the duty and slavery of others.
Civil society frees those who are in bondage. This is the highest calling man can aspire to.

The creator of an asset is the rightful owner of that asset. All methods used to divest any being of their rights to what they created is a Crime Against Humanity. It is criminal to deprive people of what they create as this deprives them of their equal rights.
Our lands are the product of our hands and minds. We who created these places have the rights of owners. A political jurisdiction is not composed of natural resources. Only when property rights are respected can we declare there is respect for human rights and by extension respect for the Right to Life. There is a disconnect between the Right to Life and politics. They are not compatible. We cannot go to the government if we want our rights. The government provides legal rights, not human rights, there is a real and distinct difference.
The measure of a person or the value of an institutions is measured by his or her value, defined in turn by the equity they create. Liberals pay lip service to the idea of service but self-interest causes liberals to help those who can help them in return.
Civil society is based on voluntary exchanges but when a man is enslaved, he must be freed through the sacrifice of others. This is the lesson taught to us by Jesus.
Justice is linked to the generation of value. As we create assets, we add value to the equity that forms a community. If we are adding value, we are engaging in ethical activity. If we are subtracting value, we are freeloaders.
